This role is essential for ensuring smooth equipment operation, minimizing downtime, and maintaining industrial productivity.
Core Responsibilities
Millwright Fitters will be responsible for installation, alignment, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, pumps, motors, conveyors, and rotating equipment. Duties include reading technical drawings, inspecting equipment, troubleshooting mechanical faults, replacing damaged components, and ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently. Workers must follow industrial safety procedures and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams during all mechanical activities.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should have strong practical experience in millwright fitting and industrial mechanical maintenance work. Candidates must understand machinery alignment, equipment installation procedures, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
