MILLWRIGHT TECHNICIAN– MARJAN
ESHARAQA Contracting has announced an urgent requirement for Millwright Technicians for a long-term Aramco project located in Marjan, Saudi Arabia. This position is intended for experienced industrial maintenance professionals capable of handling mechanical installation, alignment, and maintenance tasks in oil and gas facilities. Candidates must be ready for immediate mobilization and possess valid documentation including Aramco vendor code.
PROJECT IMPORTANCE
Millwright Technicians play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of heavy industrial machinery in Aramco facilities. In large-scale oil and gas projects like Marjan, equipment reliability is critical to maintaining production efficiency and safety. These technicians ensure that rotating equipment, mechanical systems, and industrial machinery are properly installed, aligned, and maintained to prevent breakdowns and operational delays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment used in industrial operations. Duties include equipment alignment, troubleshooting mechanical faults, and performing preventive maintenance on rotating machinery. Technicians must ensure that all mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely according to Aramco standards. They will also assist in shutdown maintenance activities and coordinate with engineers and supervisors to complete tasks on time.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have relevant experience as Millwright Technicians in industrial or oil & gas environments. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, alignment procedures, and maintenance practices is essential. Candidates must hold a valid Aramco vendor code and be familiar with working in high-standard industrial environments. Ability to read technical drawings, use precision tools, and follow safety procedures is required. Physical fitness and readiness to work in demanding site conditions are also important.
