Ghamsha Al Khair General Contracting Est. is urgently recruiting experienced heavy equipment operators for a long-term project in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for skilled professionals to operate cranes, bulldozers, wheel loaders, skid loaders, and scissor lifts on industrial project sites. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified operators who possess the required certifications and operator IDs to work on a reputable project with immediate hiring. Key Responsibilities Across All Positions
Mobile Crane Operators will safely operate 25-ton and 55-ton cranes, perform lifting operations according to approved lifting plans, inspect lifting equipment before use, and ensure compliance with Aramco safety standards. Bulldozer Operators will perform excavation, grading, leveling, and earthmoving activities while maintaining equipment safely and efficiently. Wheel Loader Operators will load, transport, and stockpile materials while conducting routine equipment inspections and ensuring smooth project operations. Skid Loader Operators will perform material handling, site cleaning, grading, and support various construction activities using skid steer equipment. Manlift Scissor Lift Operators will safely operate elevated work platforms, transport personnel to elevated work areas, inspect lifting equipment, and strictly follow all workplace safety regulations. All operators are expected to maintain equipment properly, comply with company HSE policies, and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have relevant experience operating heavy construction or industrial equipment on refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects. Mobile Crane Operators must possess valid ARAMCO Operator IDs, while Bulldozer and Wheel Loader Operators must hold valid SPSP Operator IDs. Candidates should have strong knowledge of equipment operation, preventive maintenance, workplace safety procedures, hazard awareness, and emergency response practices. Good communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to operate equipment safely under project conditions are essential for all positions.
