NESMA & Partners is hiring experienced engineering, project management, HSE, surveying, logistics, and administration professionals for major infrastructure projects in NEOM and Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. These opportunities are part of large-scale development projects involving roads, water networks, sewage systems, utilities, and civil infrastructure. The company is seeking qualified professionals who can contribute to project planning, execution, quality control, safety management, and operational support.
Core Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting various stages of infrastructure project development, including planning, engineering design review, site supervision, cost control, quality assurance, document management, surveying, logistics coordination, and safety compliance. Engineers will oversee construction activities, monitor project progress, and ensure work is completed according to technical specifications. HSE professionals will maintain safety standards and compliance, while administrative and logistics teams will support daily project operations and resource management.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should possess relevant qualifications and professional experience related to their respective positions. Engineering candidates should have strong technical knowledge, project execution experience, and familiarity with infrastructure projects. HSE professionals must demonstrate expertise in safety management systems and regulatory compliance. Surveyors, document controllers, logistics personnel, and administrative staff should have excellent organizational and communication skills.
