Non-Aramco Construction Jobs
A manpower requirement has been announced for a Non-Aramco construction project in Saudi Arabia on a rental basis. Construction and civil infrastructure projects continue to create strong demand for skilled and semi-skilled manpower in 2026, especially in areas related to structural work, concrete operations, surveying, and site supervision.
These positions are essential for maintaining construction quality, project safety, structural execution, and smooth site operations in large-scale civil construction environments.
Main Responsibilities and Operational Duties
Selected candidates will perform responsibilities according to their assigned trade and construction role. Steel fixers will prepare and install reinforcement bars for structural works. Formwork carpenters will construct and install concrete molds and frameworks. Surveyors will manage site measurements, leveling, and layout activities. Civil foremen will supervise workforce activities and coordinate daily site operations. Concrete finishers will complete surface finishing and quality concrete work. Construction workers will support general site labor and operational activities. Safety supervisors will monitor workplace safety compliance and hazard prevention. Civil QC personnel will inspect civil works and ensure construction quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
All candidates are expected to follow construction safety procedures and support efficient project execution.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant construction or industrial project experience according to the position applied for. Candidates should be familiar with civil construction practices, industrial site operations, and safety procedures. Supervisory and QC positions require technical knowledge, leadership capability, and quality compliance experience.
Experience in large-scale construction projects will be considered an advantage.
