Role Description & Industry Importance
Painting Supervisors oversee industrial painting activities, coordinate manpower, and ensure coating work is completed according to project specifications and Aramco quality standards. Painting Foremen manage painting crews on-site, supervise daily activities, and ensure work progress and safety compliance. Brush Painters perform industrial painting and coating applications used for corrosion protection, equipment preservation, and structural maintenance in industrial facilities. These roles are essential for maintaining industrial asset protection, operational reliability, and compliance with industrial coating standards.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Painting Supervisors will monitor project execution, manage painting operations, and ensure coating work meets quality and safety requirements. Painting Foremen will supervise work crews, coordinate daily activities, and support project completion according to schedules. Brush Painters will prepare surfaces, apply industrial coatings, and maintain painting quality standards while following approved safety procedures. All workers are expected to follow industrial regulations, maintain discipline, and complete assigned work efficiently.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must have relevant industrial painting experience and valid Aramco certification. Candidates should possess knowledge of industrial coating procedures, surface preparation, and safety practices. Experience in shutdown or industrial maintenance projects is highly preferred. Candidates must submit complete valid documents along with Vendor Code information. Applicants should be physically fit and ready for immediate mobilization.
