Key Responsibilities Across All Positions
Selected candidates will perform responsibilities according to their respective trades while maintaining quality workmanship and complying with project safety standards. Foremen and Leadmen will supervise work crews, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure work progresses according to project schedules. Electricians will install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, while Electrician Helpers will assist senior technicians during installations and maintenance work. HVAC Technicians will install, repair, and maintain air conditioning and ventilation systems. Copper Welders will perform welding operations based on engineering specifications. Ducting Leadmen, Duct Fitters, and Ducting Helpers will install and maintain duct systems, while Pipe Fitter Leadmen, Pipe Fitters, and Piping Helpers will handle piping installation, assembly, and maintenance. Every employee is expected to follow company safety procedures, maintain productivity, and work efficiently as part of the project team.
