HYBA General Contracting Est. has announced very urgent requirements for multiple shutdown project positions in Juaymah, Saudi Arabia. Shutdown jobs continue to be highly important in 2026 because industrial and oil & gas facilities require experienced manpower for maintenance, repair, fabrication, and safe turnaround execution within limited timeframes.
These roles are essential for keeping shutdown work on schedule, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring technical accuracy across piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and support activities.
Main Responsibilities and Operational Duties
Selected candidates will support shutdown operations according to their trade and site requirements. Pipe Fitters and Structural Fitters will handle fitting, alignment, assembly, and installation work. Rigger Level II personnel will support lifting and material handling operations according to TUV standards. Electricians will perform electrical installation and maintenance tasks, while Instrument Technicians and Instrument Fitters will support calibration, installation, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems. Millwright Fitters will manage mechanical maintenance and equipment alignment, and Helper / Fire Watch personnel will assist with site support and hot work safety monitoring during the shutdown period. All candidates are expected to follow safety procedures and work efficiently under shutdown deadlines.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant industrial experience according to the position applied for. Trade workers must be familiar with shutdown environments, industrial safety practices, and project execution standards. Rigger Level II candidates must possess valid TUV certification. Experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial maintenance projects will be an advantage.
