Planning Manager  & Planning Engineer 

ALI FOUAD ALBANNAWI GENERAL CONTRACTING CO. (AFCO) is urgently hiring experienced Planning Managers and Planning Engineers for a long-term project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for planning professionals with extensive experience in industrial and construction projects. Key Responsibilities

The selected Planning Manager will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure successful project execution. Daily responsibilities include preparing detailed project plans, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, monitoring project progress, analyzing delays, preparing progress reports, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on schedule. The Planning Engineer will assist in project scheduling, resource planning, progress tracking, and reporting while ensuring compliance with project milestones and client requirements. Both positions require close coordination with project management, site teams, and clients to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should possess extensive experience in project planning within industrial or construction sectors. Planning Managers must have a minimum of 15 years of experience, while Planning Engineers require at least 10 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, resource management, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, and project reporting. Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
