Key Responsibilities
Planning Managers will lead project planning activities, develop master schedules, monitor project progress, manage planning teams, and coordinate with project management to ensure timely completion of all milestones. Senior Planning Engineers will prepare detailed project schedules, analyze project performance, generate progress reports, and support project execution through effective planning and resource management. Junior Planning Engineers will assist with schedule preparation, update project progress, maintain planning documentation, and support senior engineers in monitoring project timelines. All candidates are expected to work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams while ensuring project objectives are achieved efficiently.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring within industrial or construction projects. Strong knowledge of project planning software, analytical skills, report preparation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams is highly desirable. Candidates must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
