The hiring includes skilled plastering workers, foremen, painters, and epoxy floor application specialists. Work Scope and Key Duties

Plaster workers will be responsible for applying plaster to walls and surfaces, ensuring smooth finishing and proper leveling according to project specifications. Plaster foremen will supervise teams, manage site activities, and ensure work quality and productivity standards are met.

Painters will handle surface preparation, coating, and finishing works to ensure durable and high-quality paint application across designated project areas. Epoxy floor application workers will apply industrial epoxy coatings, ensuring proper surface treatment, mixing, application, and finishing for durable flooring systems.

Epoxy floor application foremen will supervise epoxy teams, coordinate site activities, ensure material quality compliance, and maintain safety and execution standards throughout the work process.

All workers are expected to follow site safety regulations, maintain quality standards, and comply with project timelines and supervisor instructions.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

Applicants should have relevant experience in construction finishing, plastering, painting, or epoxy flooring applications. Foremen must have prior supervisory experience and the ability to manage workforce productivity and site coordination.

Candidates must possess valid documentation including digital iqama with barcode, medical fitness validity, and supporting identification documents. Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and perform under site conditions is essential.
