QA/QC, Engineering, Drafting & Project Management Jobs
An urgent recruitment drive is open for multiple technical and engineering positions for the AlUla Project in Saudi Arabia. This large-scale construction and development project requires experienced professionals in quality control, engineering, drafting, planning, and procurement to support high-standard project execution.
The roles are suitable for immediate joiners who can contribute to fast-paced project environments where quality, accuracy, and coordination are essential. Candidates will be part of multidisciplinary teams working on civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural project components.
Work Responsibilities and Job Duties
QC/QA Managers will oversee quality assurance systems, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate inspections across disciplines. QC Supervisors and Inspectors (Civil, Piping, Electrical & Communication) will perform site inspections, verify work quality, and ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
Drafting Leaders and Engineers will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing technical drawings for structural, MEP, and architectural works. MEP Engineers and Communication & Electrical Engineers will handle design coordination, technical execution, and site support activities.
Planning Managers and Planning Engineers will develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of construction activities. Construction Procurement Officers will manage material sourcing, supplier coordination, and procurement documentation to support project operations. Document Controller Supervisors and Document Controllers will manage project documentation, ensure proper record keeping, and maintain compliance with project filing systems.
All positions require strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured project environment.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must have relevant experience in their respective engineering, QA/QC, drafting, planning, or procurement fields. Strong knowledge of construction project workflows, technical documentation, and industry standards is required.
Candidates should be able to work in multidisciplinary teams and handle project responsibilities under deadlines. Experience in large infrastructure or construction projects is preferred. Strong communication, technical proficiency, and immediate availability will be an added advantage.
