QC Supervisor & QCI Engineering Jobs
A recruitment opportunity is available for experienced Quality Control and Inspection professionals for major Aramco-related projects in Jafurah and Juaymah, Saudi Arabia. These positions are suitable for highly skilled engineers and inspectors with strong backgrounds in oil & gas quality control, welding inspection, and static equipment certification. The roles require proven expertise in industrial QA/QC systems and compliance with Aramco standards, offering long-term project engagement in critical energy sector operations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Plumbing QC Supervisor (Aramco Approved) will be responsible for supervising plumbing quality inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining Aramco standards across installation activities. The Static Equipment Inspector (Aramco CBT & API 510 certified) will handle inspection of pressure vessels and static equipment, ensuring safety and operational integrity through testing and evaluation. The Welding QCI (Non-Aramco) will conduct welding inspections, review weld quality, and ensure adherence to approved welding procedures. All roles require maintaining detailed inspection reports and coordinating with engineering and site teams to ensure quality compliance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in QA/QC roles within oil & gas or industrial construction projects. The Plumbing QC Supervisor must hold Aramco approval, while the Static Equipment Inspector must possess Aramco CBT certification along with API 510 qualification. The Welding QCI candidate must have strong welding inspection experience. All applicants must demonstrate knowledge of international inspection standards, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in high-pressure industrial environments.
