Quality Control Jobs
A new urgent requirement has been announced for multiple Quality Control professionals for both offshore and onshore project work. The hiring demand covers a wide range of inspection and supervision roles, including Q.C Manager, QC Supervisor Mechanical, QC Supervisor E&I, Welding QC Inspector, Piping QC Inspector, Coating QC Inspector, E&I QC Inspector, Telecom QC Inspector, and Material QC Inspector. This opportunity is designed for highly experienced candidates who already hold Aramco approval and, for most positions, CBT qualification as well. With company-provided food and accommodation, this recruitment is suitable for professionals who are ready to join demanding industrial environments and contribute to quality-driven project execution.
Role Purpose
The purpose of these positions is to ensure that all construction, welding, mechanical, electrical, coating, telecom, and material activities are completed according to approved project standards and client requirements. In large industrial projects, quality control teams play a critical role in checking compliance, identifying deviations, and protecting the integrity of work before handover. The Q.C Manager will oversee the overall quality system, while supervisors and inspectors will manage their specific disciplines with technical accuracy. These roles are essential for maintaining project reliability, safety, and documentation control in both offshore and onshore operations.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for reviewing work progress, verifying inspection activities, and ensuring that all tasks meet Aramco and project specifications. QC Supervisors in Mechanical and E&I fields will coordinate inspection activities, guide QC teams, and support quality implementation on site. Welding, piping, coating, E&I, telecom, and material inspectors will conduct field inspections, check workmanship, monitor compliance, and prepare reports where required. The Q.C Manager will supervise the entire quality control process, support coordination with project and client teams, and ensure that quality objectives are maintained across all work fronts. All personnel must remain attentive to technical details, follow inspection procedures, and maintain strong communication with site management.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants must have relevant industrial experience and valid Aramco approval for the positions listed. Most roles also require CBT approval, which is an important part of the screening process. Candidates applying for supervisory and managerial positions should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of quality systems, and the ability to manage documentation and field coordination effectively. Inspectors should have hands-on experience in their trade areas, including welding, piping, coating, E&I, telecom, and materials control. Knowledge of quality procedures, reporting standards, and client expectations is essential. In addition, candidates should be prepared to work in offshore and onshore environments and must hold valid certifications such as BOSEIT and H2S where applicable.
