Rigger-1, Insulator & Cladder

(مؤسسة هيبة للمقاولات العامة) has announced very urgent recruitment requirements for experienced Rigger-1, Insulator, and Cladder professionals for ongoing project work in Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking skilled workers with relevant vendor approvals and industrial experience to support short-term project operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Rigger-1 personnel will be responsible for handling lifting operations, rigging activities, and ensuring safe movement of heavy materials according to site requirements and safety standards. Insulators will perform installation of thermal insulation materials on pipes, vessels, and equipment to maintain energy efficiency and operational safety. Cladders will be responsible for applying protective cladding materials over insulation systems to ensure durability and protection against environmental conditions. All workers must strictly follow safety procedures and maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project duration.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have relevant experience in their respective trades within industrial or construction environments. Rigger-1 candidates must hold valid TUV NORD certification and demonstrate strong knowledge of lifting operations. Insulators and cladders must have practical experience in insulation installation and cladding work. Candidates should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of working under site conditions.
