Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform responsibilities based on their respective job roles while ensuring compliance with project specifications and company safety regulations. Scaffolding Foremen will supervise scaffold erection and dismantling activities, ensuring safe work practices. Scaffolders with TUV certification will construct and inspect scaffolding systems according to approved standards. Rigger Level III personnel will carry out lifting and rigging operations safely using proper techniques and equipment. Pipe Fitters will install, assemble, and maintain piping systems based on engineering drawings, while Marine Diesel Mechanics will inspect, repair, and maintain diesel-powered engines and marine mechanical equipment. All employees are expected to maintain productivity, follow safety procedures, and contribute to successful project completion.
Professional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should possess relevant technical qualifications and practical field experience related to their trade. TUV certification is mandatory for Scaffolders and Rigger Level III positions. Candidates should have a sound understanding of industrial safety procedures, equipment operation, and quality workmanship. Strong communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work efficiently under project deadlines are highly desirable.
