Rigger I & Rigger III
Advanced Initiative Solutions Contracting Co. has announced an urgent recruitment requirement for experienced Rigger I and Rigger III positions for the Fadhili Project in Saudi Arabia. This is a rental manpower opportunity on an urgent basis for candidates with strong structural rigging experience and valid Aramco approval. The company is seeking skilled riggers capable of handling lifting operations safely and efficiently in an industrial project environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Rigger I and Rigger III personnel will be responsible for performing lifting operations, preparing rigging equipment, and ensuring safe movement of heavy materials on site. Duties include calculating load requirements, selecting proper lifting gear, attaching loads securely, and coordinating with crane operators and site supervisors. All rigging activities must strictly follow Aramco safety standards and project procedures to ensure safe execution of lifting operations.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have prior structural experience in industrial or oil & gas projects. Rigger I candidates should have advanced rigging knowledge and supervisory capability, while Rigger III candidates should have hands-on experience in basic rigging operations. Valid Aramco approval is mandatory. Candidates must possess Absher IQAMA copy, passport copy, Muqeem paper, and passport-size photographs. Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills are essential.
