Core Duties & Trade Responsibilities
Helper: Assists skilled workers with material handling, preparation, housekeeping, loading, unloading, and general site activities.
E&I Supervisor: Supervises electrical and instrumentation teams, coordinates daily work, monitors progress, and ensures activities follow approved technical and safety requirements.
Steel Fixer: Cuts, bends, positions, and secures reinforcement steel according to construction requirements and approved drawings.
Scaffolder: Erects, modifies, inspects, and dismantles scaffolding while maintaining safe access and proper working conditions.
Rigger III: Supports lifting operations by preparing and securing loads, checking rigging accessories, and coordinating safely with crane operators and lifting teams.
Painter: Performs surface preparation and painting activities while maintaining proper finishing quality and safe use of materials and equipment.
Multi Welder Piping: Performs piping welding using applicable welding techniques and prepares joints according to project requirements and approved procedures.
Mason: Performs masonry and related construction work, including blockwork, finishing, and preparation of assigned work areas.
Welder Piping: Carries out piping welding activities with proper joint preparation, welding technique, and quality control.
Piping Fitter: Measures, aligns, fits, and installs piping components according to project requirements and supervisor instructions.
Piping Fabricator: Fabricates piping components, performs measurements and cutting, and prepares assemblies for installation.
E&I Technician: Performs assigned electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
Carpenter: Performs carpentry and formwork activities, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing required structures.
Crane Operator: Operates the assigned crane for lifting and material-handling activities while following safe operating procedures. The rate is subject to After Test.
Skills, Experience & Professional Requirements
Candidates should have relevant practical experience in their respective trade and be capable of working safely in an industrial project environment. Supervisors should demonstrate leadership, coordination, communication, and team-management abilities, while skilled tradespeople should possess sound knowledge of their specific work activities.
