Main Work Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary according to the selected trade. Blasting Foremen will supervise blasting teams, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is performed safely and according to project requirements. Blasters will carry out approved blasting activities while following strict safety procedures. Scaffolders and Scaffolding Supervisors will handle scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and safe dismantling. Riggers will assist with lifting and material-handling operations using appropriate rigging practices. Coaters will perform surface preparation and coating-related activities, while Welders and Welding Supervisors will manage welding work and maintain required quality and safety standards. Fabricators will perform fabrication and assembly work according to project specifications. Helpers will support skilled workers with general site activities and material handling.
Required Experience & Expertise
Applicants should have practical experience in their respective trade and understand the safety requirements applicable to industrial and construction projects. Candidates applying for positions requiring Aramco approval must possess the relevant approval or certification requested for the trade. Supervisors should have the ability to coordinate teams and maintain productivity while ensuring that safety procedures are followed. Riggers should understand safe lifting techniques and the correct use of rigging equipment. Scaffolding personnel should be familiar with safe scaffold practices, while blasting, coating, welding, and fabrication workers should have suitable hands-on experience.
