Riggers should maintain awareness of surrounding work conditions and immediately report damaged equipment or unsafe situations. Proper handling of lifting accessories, compliance with safety requirements, accurate communication, and teamwork are essential for performing the role effectively.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience as a Rigger Level 2 and should possess practical knowledge of rigging equipment, lifting accessories, load handling, and safe lifting procedures.
