Rigger Level-I and Work Permit Receiver
Art Vision Contracting Establishment has announced an urgent hiring requirement for qualified and certified personnel for its ongoing projects in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking experienced Rigger Level-I (Aramco Certified), Work Permit Receivers (WPR) with Aramco certification, and WPR personnel holding Non-Aramco Third-Party Cards. These positions are important for maintaining safe and efficient industrial operations, particularly in construction, oil and gas, and heavy industrial environments. Professionals selected for these roles will contribute to project safety, operational compliance, and successful execution of site activities. Candidates with valid certifications, complete documentation, and relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply immediately. Jubail remains one of the largest industrial hubs in Saudi Arabia, making these opportunities valuable for professionals looking to build long-term careers in the industrial sector.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Rigger Level-I personnel will be responsible for supporting lifting operations, inspecting rigging equipment, ensuring proper load handling procedures, communicating with crane operators, and maintaining compliance with Aramco lifting standards. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will oversee permit-to-work procedures, coordinate with supervisors and safety teams, verify that all work activities are authorized, and ensure compliance with project safety regulations before any task begins. WPR personnel holding Non-Aramco Third-Party Cards will perform similar responsibilities within non-Aramco environments, including permit management, work authorization monitoring, and documentation control. All selected candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and adherence to site procedures while contributing to the smooth execution of daily operations.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Applicants should possess relevant experience within industrial, construction, petrochemical, or oil and gas projects. Candidates applying for the Rigger position must hold a valid Aramco Rigger Level-I certification and have practical knowledge of lifting operations and rigging practices. WPR applicants must possess valid Aramco WPR certification or a valid Non-Aramco Third-Party WPR Card, depending on the position applied for. Strong communication skills, the ability to follow safety procedures, and familiarity with permit-to-work systems are highly desirable. Candidates must also maintain valid identification and project documentation, including Iqama, Muqeem, insurance, and medical fitness records.
