Key Responsibilities
The Pipe Fitter is responsible for interpreting piping isometric drawings, measuring and cutting pipes, assembling piping systems, aligning and installing pipe supports, and ensuring proper fit-up before welding. Daily responsibilities include inspecting materials, using hand and power tools safely, coordinating with fabrication and welding teams, performing pressure test preparations, and maintaining compliance with company quality and safety standards. The role also involves reporting work progress, identifying technical issues, and ensuring all installations meet project specifications and client requirements.
Skills and Professional Knowledge
