Core Job Responsibilities
Rigger Level I personnel will be responsible for performing safe lifting and rigging operations, including load preparation, sling inspection, and coordination with crane operators. They must ensure that all lifting activities are carried out according to approved safety procedures and site regulations. The Lifting Supervisor will oversee all lifting operations on site, ensure compliance with safety standards, review lifting plans, supervise rigging teams, and coordinate with project management. The supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring proper execution of lifting activities and preventing any unsafe operations on site. Both roles require strict adherence to safety protocols and teamwork in industrial environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
