Rigger & Scaffolding Supervisor

Amiral & Kursaniya Project Contractors is urgently hiring experienced Aramco-approved rigging and scaffolding professionals for long-term industrial projects in Amiral and Kursaniya, Saudi Arabia. These positions are critical in supporting heavy lifting operations, material handling, scaffolding supervision, and maintaining safe project execution within Aramco standards. The company is seeking qualified candidates who can work efficiently in high-demand industrial environments.

Core Responsibilities

Rigger Level 1, 2, and 3 personnel will be responsible for supporting crane operations, securing loads, signaling lifting activities, and ensuring safe handling of materials according to Aramco safety regulations. Rigging teams must inspect lifting tools, maintain communication with crane operators, and ensure lifting operations are completed without hazards. The Scaffolding Supervisor will oversee scaffolding installation, inspection, dismantling activities, and ensure all scaffolding structures comply with industrial safety standards and project specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have valid Aramco approval and practical experience in industrial lifting or scaffolding operations. Riggers must understand lifting techniques, rigging equipment usage, and site safety procedures. Scaffolding Supervisor candidates should possess strong supervisory skills and experience managing scaffolding crews on industrial projects. AJEER Chamber registration is mandatory for all applicants. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of working on long-term oil and gas projects.
