Key Responsibilities

The Roller Operator will be responsible for operating road roller equipment for compaction works in construction and infrastructure projects.They will ensure proper machine handling, maintain operational safety standards, and carry out compaction activities according to site requirements.The role also includes daily machine inspection, basic maintenance checks, and coordination with site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants must have experience operating heavy equipment, especially road rollers.Candidates must hold a valid TUV certification, driving license, and relevant safety and medical fitness documents.Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety procedures is required.Ability to work in hot and demanding field conditions is essential.
