Safety Manager & Civil Manager
Globe Projects Support Contracting LLC is offering urgent long-term opportunities for experienced professionals in the civil quality control and safety management fields. These roles are important in large-scale industrial and construction projects because they help ensure that work is completed to the required standards, on schedule, and in full compliance with site regulations. A QC Manager (Civil) is responsible for maintaining construction quality, checking that materials and workmanship meet project specifications, and supporting inspection procedures. A Safety Manager plays an equally important role by overseeing workplace safety, reducing risks, and making sure all activities follow approved health and safety procedures. Together, these positions support efficient project delivery, protect workers, and strengthen overall site performance.
Key Responsibilities
The QC Manager (Civil) is expected to review civil works, verify quality standards, monitor inspection activities, and ensure that all construction tasks follow approved drawings, project specifications, and client requirements. This role includes coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and inspectors to identify defects, prepare reports, and manage corrective actions whenever needed. The Safety Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe working environment by monitoring hazards, conducting inspections, enforcing safety rules, and guiding teams on proper site practices. Both positions require strong coordination skills, the ability to manage project requirements effectively, and the discipline to maintain high professional standards throughout the project duration.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants for these positions should have strong technical knowledge and proven experience in industrial or construction project environments. The QC Manager (Civil) should have at least 8+ years of relevant experience in civil quality control, inspection procedures, documentation, and site coordination. The Safety Manager should also have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in safety supervision, hazard control, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly, manage responsibilities independently, and work well with multidisciplinary teams. An updated CV, supporting documents, and a valid chamber certificate are essential for processing. Professional conduct, attention to detail, and familiarity with Saudi project requirements will be considered valuable strengths.
