Role Description & Industry Importance

These roles are essential for ensuring smooth execution of construction and industrial activities. The Safety Officer is responsible for maintaining site safety standards, ensuring compliance with Aramco requirements, and preventing workplace incidents. Skilled trades such as Plaster Masons and Plumbers contribute directly to construction quality by handling finishing works and essential utility installations. Helpers support daily site operations by assisting skilled workers and ensuring workflow continuity. Together, these roles ensure productivity, safety, and timely completion of industrial projects.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Safety Officers will monitor site activities, enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with approved industrial standards. Plaster Masons will perform surface finishing, plaster application, and repair works as per project requirements. Plumbers will install, maintain, and repair piping and water systems across project sites. Helpers will assist skilled workers, handle materials, and support general site operations. All employees must follow safety instructions, maintain discipline, and ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards.

Skills and Professional Requirements

Safety Officer applicants must be Aramco approved and hold a 100% relevant degree qualification. Skilled workers such as Plaster Masons and Plumbers must have at least 5+ years of relevant experience. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks. AJEER registration is mandatory for all positions. Candidates must be prepared to submit original passport, all original documents, hard copies, experience certificates, and email verification. Only physically verified documents will be accepted for processing.
