Safety Officer & Safety Supervisor
FADCO KSA is urgently hiring qualified Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors for immediate mobilization in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. These positions are part of ongoing industrial and Aramco-related projects where strict safety compliance, hazard control, and site supervision are critical to maintaining safe working environments.
Core Responsibilities
Safety Officers will be responsible for monitoring site activities, ensuring compliance with Aramco safety standards, conducting daily inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective safety measures. They will also conduct toolbox talks, maintain safety documentation, and support incident prevention procedures.
Safety Supervisors will oversee overall site safety operations, manage safety teams, review risk assessments, coordinate with project engineers, and ensure all construction activities comply with approved safety protocols. They will also be responsible for reporting safety performance and ensuring proper implementation of emergency procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants must have Aramco-approved certification for Safety Officer or Safety Supervisor roles. Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards, hazard identification, risk management, and emergency response procedures is required. Candidates should have experience working in oil & gas or large-scale construction projects. Leadership skills, communication ability, and strong site coordination experience are essential.
