The company is hiring qualified engineers, supervisors, and skilled tradespeople to support large-scale construction activities. Key Responsibilities
Safety Supervisors will be responsible for enforcing site safety standards, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across the project site. QC Engineers will monitor quality assurance procedures, inspect workmanship, review documentation, and ensure compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.
Carpenters, Steel Fixers, Scaffolders, Masons, Welders, Signalmen, and Laborers will perform their respective construction duties including formwork, reinforcement, scaffolding, masonry, welding, signaling operations, and general site assistance. All workers must follow site instructions, maintain productivity, and strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills and Experience Required
Applicants must have relevant experience in their respective fields within construction or industrial projects. Engineers and supervisors should possess strong technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and the ability to manage workforce activities effectively. Skilled trades must demonstrate hands-on expertise in their respective work areas. A valid iqama is mandatory, along with Chamber registration (Ajeer required). Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
