Skilled manpower remains highly demanded in 2026 due to expanding industrial maintenance, fabrication, shutdown, and infrastructure projects throughout the Kingdom. These positions support heavy industrial operations, fabrication work, lifting activities, mechanical supervision, and surface preparation tasks essential for project execution and maintenance operations.
Main Responsibilities and Operational Duties
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their technical category and project requirements. Sand Blasters will handle industrial surface cleaning and preparation activities. Multi Welders will perform welding operations on industrial structures and piping systems. Mechanical Supervisors will oversee mechanical work execution, workforce coordination, and project progress monitoring. Rigger Level II and Level III personnel will support lifting operations, crane coordination, and safe material handling according to TUV standards and industrial safety procedures.
All candidates are expected to maintain safe work practices, follow project safety regulations, and support timely project completion.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant industrial or construction experience according to the position applied for. Rigging candidates must hold valid TUV certification. Mechanical Supervisors should have supervisory experience in industrial or maintenance projects. Welders and Sand Blasters should be familiar with industrial operational environments and safety procedures.
