Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned trade while following company procedures and project safety regulations. Scaffolders will erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures while ensuring compliance with safety standards and using approved equipment. Carpenters will construct, install, repair, and maintain wooden and other structural components according to project drawings and specifications. Steel Fixers will cut, bend, position, and secure reinforcement steel for concrete structures while ensuring quality workmanship and project accuracy. All employees are expected to maintain a safe working environment, cooperate with supervisors and team members, use tools responsibly, and complete assigned tasks efficiently to support project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades and demonstrate the ability to work safely and efficiently on construction projects. Scaffolder applicants must possess the Original TUV Certificate, which is mandatory for employment. Candidates must also provide a valid Iqama, Original Passport, Muqeem, Original Insurance, Medical Fitness Certificate, and GOSI documentation.
