Key Responsibilities
Selected Scaffolders will be responsible for erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to project requirements and industrial safety standards. Duties include assembling scaffolding materials, securing platforms, ensuring structural stability, and maintaining safe access for workers and equipment across the project site. Scaffolders must inspect scaffolding components regularly, identify safety hazards, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure all structures comply with project regulations. Additional responsibilities include proper handling of scaffolding tools and materials, following HSE procedures, and supporting safe working conditions throughout project activities.
Skills and Requirements
Applicants must possess practical experience in scaffolding work within industrial or construction projects. Candidates should have strong knowledge of scaffolding assembly techniques, safety procedures, and material handling practices. A valid Vendor Code is mandatory for this position. Applicants are also required to provide valid Iqama documents and an Original Passport for project processing. Candidates should demonstrate physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and the ability to work safely in demanding project environments.
