KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scaffolders are responsible for erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures according to project safety standards and supervisor instructions. They must inspect scaffolding materials, ensure structural stability, and maintain safe access platforms for workers. Duties also include following industrial safety procedures, using proper PPE, and supporting site teams during installation and maintenance activities. Scaffolders are expected to work efficiently while maintaining strict safety compliance in industrial environments.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
