Candidates with relevant trade experience should review the available positions and ensure they can provide the required documentation.
The Scaffolder position specifically requires TUV certification. Other positions require a valid Iqama and normal supporting documents. The company has also stated that an original passport is mandatory for the recruitment process.
Why These Trades Are Important
Scaffolders provide safe temporary access for workers carrying out activities at elevated locations. Properly installed scaffolding allows construction and maintenance teams to perform their duties efficiently while following established site safety requirements.
Pipe Fitters are involved in pipe installation and related mechanical work, helping connect and position piping systems according to project requirements. Flag Men support traffic and equipment movement by guiding vehicles and workers around active work areas.
Steel Fixers prepare and position reinforcement steel, while Rounder Masons perform masonry and related construction tasks. Labourers provide general assistance to skilled workers and help with material handling, site preparation, housekeeping, and other assigned duties.
Typical Duties on Site
Scaffolders may assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures while following approved safety procedures. Pipe Fitters may measure, align, prepare, and install piping components under the direction of supervisors and project teams.
Flag Men help control movement around work zones and communicate with drivers and equipment operators. Steel Fixers handle reinforcement materials and position them according to construction requirements. Rounder Masons carry out masonry-related work, while Labourers assist with materials, tools, cleaning, loading, unloading, and general site activities.
All workers should follow supervisor instructions and maintain safe working practices throughout their assigned duties.
Skills, Experience and Eligibility
Applicants should have practical experience suitable for the trade they are applying for. TUV certification is specifically required for the Scaffolder position. Pipe Fitters, Steel Fixers, and Masons should have relevant hands-on construction experience, while Labourers and Flag Men should be physically capable of performing their assigned site duties.
