Key Responsibilities
The Scaffolder Helper will be responsible for assisting scaffolders in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures according to site requirements. Duties include carrying and arranging scaffolding materials, supporting installation activities, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly handled and stored. The candidate must follow all safety instructions and work under supervision to maintain a secure working environment. Additional responsibilities include cleaning the work area, assisting in inspection preparations, and supporting daily site operations as directed by supervisors. Maintaining discipline, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards is essential for this role.
Skills and Knowledge
