Scaffolder Long Term
New Build Arabia Company has announced an urgent requirement for experienced Scaffolders for a long-term project in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is suitable for skilled construction workers who have hands-on experience in scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities in industrial and oil & gas project environments. Candidates will be tested before final selection, and successful applicants will be deployed on a long-term project basis.
Key Responsibilities
The Scaffolder will be responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures safely according to project requirements. Duties include reading basic site instructions, ensuring scaffolding is properly secured and stable, inspecting materials before use, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. The role also involves working at heights, assisting site teams with access structures, and ensuring all scaffolding work is completed under supervisor guidance and approved safety procedures.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have prior experience in scaffolding work in construction or industrial projects. Knowledge of scaffolding tools, erection methods, and safety regulations is essential. Candidates must be physically fit, able to work at heights, and follow strict safety instructions. Basic understanding of site communication and teamwork is required. Preference will be given to candidates with previous Gulf experience in similar projects.
