MFA Contracting Company has announced urgent hiring for experienced Scaffolders for ongoing industrial and construction projects in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The company is actively seeking skilled manpower to support structural access works across large-scale project sites. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with solid scaffolding experience in oil & gas, industrial plants, or heavy construction environments. The project offers stable long-term work with a minimum duration of 6 months or more, along with competitive hourly rates and structured payment terms. Key Responsibilities
Selected Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures according to site safety standards and engineering requirements. They will ensure that all scaffolding platforms are properly secured, levelled, and safe for workers operating at height. The role also includes inspecting scaffolding materials before use, identifying damaged components, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations at all times. Scaffolders must coordinate with site supervisors and other construction teams to support safe access for maintenance, welding, painting, and installation activities. Strict adherence to health and safety guidelines is mandatory throughout all site operations.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have proven experience in scaffolding work within construction or industrial environments, particularly in oil & gas or large infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of scaffolding techniques, load-bearing structures, and safety procedures is essential. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of working at heights under challenging site conditions. Knowledge of TUV certification standards will be considered an advantage. Workers must also demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic communication skills and awareness of hazard prevention practices are required for safe site performance.
