Scaffolding workers play an important role in construction and industrial projects by building safe temporary structures that support workers, tools, and materials during construction and maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities
Selected Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures according to project safety standards and operational requirements. Duties include checking scaffold stability, ensuring proper installation of platforms and supports, handling scaffolding materials safely, and following supervisor instructions during construction activities. Workers must maintain safe working conditions, comply with HSE regulations, and support smooth project execution by ensuring scaffolding systems remain secure and reliable throughout operations.
Skills and Requirements
Applicants should have practical experience in scaffolding work within construction or industrial projects. Candidates must understand basic safety procedures, material handling, and scaffold assembly techniques. Physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and the ability to work at heights are essential for this role. A valid Iqama is mandatory for application. Gulf project experience will be considered an advantage.
