Scaffolder – Riyadh
ADC has announced an urgent recruitment drive for Scaffolder positions for a long-term project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Scaffolding professionals remain highly important in 2026 due to continuous growth in construction, refinery, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. Scaffolders play a critical role in industrial and construction environments by ensuring safe access systems for workers, maintenance operations, and elevated work activities. Skilled scaffolding manpower is essential for maintaining operational safety and supporting efficient project execution.
Main Responsibilities and Operational Duties
Selected candidates will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures according to industrial safety standards and project requirements. Duties include preparing scaffold materials, assembling access platforms, inspecting scaffold stability, supporting maintenance operations, and ensuring safe working conditions for site personnel. Scaffolders are expected to follow site safety regulations and coordinate with supervisors and project teams during daily operations.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant scaffolding experience and hold a valid TUV Certificate, which is mandatory for this role. Candidates must understand scaffold safety procedures, industrial worksite standards, and elevated work platform operations. Experience in construction, oil & gas, refinery, or industrial projects will be beneficial. All required Saudi employment documents must be valid before recruitment processing.
