Key Responsibilities

Scaffolders will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Masons will carry out brickwork, block work, plastering, and other civil construction activities according to project specifications. Signalmen will coordinate lifting operations by communicating with crane operators and ensuring the safe movement of loads.

Welders will perform fabrication, welding, cutting, and repair work while maintaining quality standards. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, equipment preparation, and general site activities. Carpenters will construct and install formwork, shuttering, and wooden structures, while Steel Fixers will cut, bend, assemble, and install reinforcement steel according to engineering drawings. All employees are expected to follow company safety policies, maintain productivity, and work effectively as part of the construction team.

Skills and Knowledge
