Key Responsibilities
Selected professionals will be responsible for handling high-level planning, scheduling, and project control activities across different engineering disciplines. Schedulers will prepare and maintain project schedules, monitor timelines, identify delays, and support progress reporting. Senior Planning Engineers in civil, electrical, mechanical, piping, and structural disciplines will coordinate with project teams to ensure that engineering and construction activities remain aligned with approved schedules and project milestones. They will also review progress reports, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions where necessary. The Senior Manager Project Control will oversee the full project control function, manage reporting systems, supervise planning teams, and ensure that project objectives are met within the required timeframe and budget. All roles require technical accuracy, leadership ability, and effective communication across departments.
Skills and Experience Requirements
Applicants must have strong oil & gas project experience, which is mandatory for all positions. Senior engineers should possess advanced technical knowledge in their relevant discipline along with hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and project coordination.
