Main Duties and Work Responsibilities
Site / Erection Engineers will coordinate erection activities, monitor technical work, and support site execution according to project requirements. Erection Supervisors will oversee workers and ensure that erection activities are completed safely and efficiently. Safety Officers will monitor workplace conditions, identify hazards, and support compliance with safety procedures. The 50-Ton Crane Operators will operate heavy lifting equipment responsibly and follow approved lifting instructions. Rigger Level 3 personnel will prepare and secure loads and coordinate with crane operators during lifting operations. Tower Erection Fitters will support structural tower assembly and fitting activities, while Bolt Torque Technicians will perform controlled bolt tightening work according to project requirements. Skilled Helpers will assist tradesmen with materials, tools, housekeeping, and general site activities.
