Structural Foreman & Fabrication Foreman
Elegance East Contracting Est. is urgently hiring experienced supervisory professionals for long-term industrial construction projects in the Eastern Province. The available positions include Structural Foreman and Fabrication Foreman. These roles are critical in overseeing fabrication yards and construction site activities, ensuring that structural components are built, assembled, and installed according to engineering standards. Foremen play a key leadership role in managing workers, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that all operations are completed safely and efficiently in compliance with Aramco project requirements.
Key Duties and Job Responsibilities
The Structural Foreman is responsible for supervising structural steel installation, alignment, and erection activities at the project site. This includes coordinating with engineers, assigning tasks to workers, and ensuring that all structural components are installed according to approved drawings. The Fabrication Foreman oversees fabrication workshop activities such as cutting, welding, assembling, and preparing steel structures for installation. Both roles require monitoring daily progress, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. Foremen must also resolve site issues, report progress to management, and ensure smooth workflow between teams and departments.
Required Skills and Technical Expertise
Applicants should have strong experience in structural steel and fabrication work within industrial or oil and gas projects. Candidates must be capable of reading technical drawings, managing teams, and ensuring adherence to project specifications. Knowledge of Aramco standards and vendor compliance is highly required. Mandatory documents include Iqama copy, Aramco Vendor Code, valid Muqeem, medical report, and passport copy. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in large-scale industrial environments are essential for success in these roles. Prior Gulf experience will be considered an added advantage.
