Structure Foremen are responsible for supervising fabrication teams and ensuring project workflow, while Structure Fabricators perform cutting, grinding, fitting, and fabrication tasks according to engineering drawings. Key Responsibilities
Selected Structure Foremen will supervise fabrication activities, coordinate with workers and site management, and ensure all structural works are completed according to project schedules and quality standards. They will monitor workforce performance, maintain discipline, and ensure proper safety compliance during fabrication operations. Structure Fabricators will be responsible for reading and understanding technical drawings, performing grinding and gas cutting work, preparing structural materials, and supporting steel fabrication activities. Both positions require strong teamwork, technical understanding, and the ability to work efficiently in industrial environments.
Skills and Requirements
