Work Responsibilities and Job Duties
MIG Welders will be responsible for performing welding tasks according to the assigned welding position classifications, including 2G, 3G, and 4G. Their duties include preparing materials, setting up welding equipment, producing high-quality welds, and ensuring all welds meet required industrial standards.
Cladders will be responsible for applying protective metal layers on surfaces to improve durability and corrosion resistance. They must work closely with fabrication teams to ensure that cladding work is completed accurately and according to project specifications.
All workers must follow project safety procedures, maintain welding quality standards, and coordinate with supervisors to complete shutdown work within the project timeframe.
Skills and Professional Requirements
