Key Responsibilities and Daily Work Scope
Welder 3G/4G professionals will perform welding operations according to approved procedures, interpret technical drawings, prepare materials, inspect completed welds, and ensure all welding work meets project quality standards. They are also responsible for maintaining welding equipment, following safety regulations, and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all operations.
Fabricators will read engineering drawings, measure and cut materials accurately, assemble metal components, prepare structural parts for welding, and ensure all fabricated items meet project specifications. They will work closely with welders, supervisors, and quality inspectors to complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have proven experience in their respective trades within industrial or construction projects. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of fabrication or welding techniques, blueprint reading, quality standards, workplace safety procedures, and the proper use of tools and equipment. Good communication skills, teamwork, physical fitness, and attention to detail are highly desirable for both positions.
Candidates must also provide a Valid Iqama (minimum three months validity), CR Copy, Muqeem (Arabic Valid Date), Medical Blood Group Certificate, and Sponsor Letter.
