Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will perform their assigned responsibilities according to project specifications and international safety standards. Structure Welders (3G/4G) will be responsible for welding structural components with precision and maintaining weld quality. Multi Welders/TIG Welders (CS/SS) will handle carbon steel and stainless steel welding using appropriate welding procedures. Pipe Fitters/Structure Fitters will install, assemble, and align piping systems and structural components while ensuring accurate measurements and proper fitting. TUV Certified Scaffolders will safely erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures required for construction and maintenance activities. All workers must follow company safety procedures, maintain productivity, and cooperate with supervisors throughout the project duration.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should possess relevant trade experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in industrial construction environments. Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are highly valued. Candidates must have a valid Iqama with a minimum validity of six months, Digital Iqama with barcode copy, Muqeem copy, Original Passport, Passport-size photograph with white background, Medical Report, Blood Group Certificate, valid Ajeer matching the Iqama expiry date, and an Ajeer Request Screenshot or two-page Service Agreement. Candidates should also be prepared to successfully complete the trade test and interview conducted at the Maaden Turaif project site.
