Role Description & Industry Importance

Multi Welders play a key role in joining metal components using advanced welding techniques for both stainless steel and carbon steel. Riggers are responsible for safe lifting and movement of heavy materials, ensuring compliance with Aramco safety regulations. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) ensure that all site activities are properly authorized and safe before execution. Together, these roles maintain operational efficiency, safety, and quality in high-risk industrial environments.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Multi Welders will perform welding tasks using SS and CS materials, ensuring strong and precise joints as per project specifications. Riggers will manage lifting operations, secure loads, and coordinate with crane operators while following strict safety procedures. WPR candidates will handle permit-to-work systems, verify safety requirements, and ensure all tasks are approved before execution. All workers must follow site safety rules, maintain discipline, and coordinate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must have relevant experience in industrial or oil & gas projects. Multi Welders should be skilled in both stainless steel and carbon steel welding techniques. Riggers must be Aramco approved and have knowledge of lifting plans, signaling, and rigging safety procedures. WPR candidates must also be Aramco approved and familiar with permit systems. Ajeer is mandatory for all rigging and WPR roles. Candidates must be physically fit, capable of working in demanding environments, and possess valid documentation including iqama, muqeem, and medical fitness certificates.
