Understanding These Industrial Trade Roles
Welders, scaffolders, and riggers each have an important function in industrial construction. Multi Welders support fabrication and joining activities involving carbon steel and stainless steel materials, while scaffolders help create safe temporary access structures for workers performing elevated tasks. Rigger Level 3 personnel are responsible for supporting lifting and material-handling operations using appropriate rigging practices. These trades require practical knowledge, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively within a coordinated site team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Multi Welders will carry out welding and related fabrication activities on CS and SS materials according to project requirements and approved procedures. Scaffolders will assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures while maintaining safe access and following site safety requirements. Rigger Level 3 workers will assist with lifting operations, inspect and use appropriate rigging equipment, secure loads, and communicate with lifting teams during material movement. All workers will be expected to maintain good housekeeping, follow supervisor instructions, use required personal protective equipment, and comply with project safety procedures.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have practical experience in their respective trade and be capable of working in demanding industrial environments. Multi Welders must hold the required JCC Card, while Scaffolder and Rigger Level 3 candidates must have the specified TUV certification. Candidates should be physically fit, safety-conscious, disciplined, and able to work as part of a multicultural project team. Valid employment documents are mandatory, and applicants must have the required passport validity before attending the recruitment process.
