Key Responsibilities
Welders (6G SMAW, FCAW, SS, Multi, 3G variants) will perform welding operations on pipes and structural components according to project specifications and safety standards. Welding Foremen will supervise welding teams, ensure quality control, and manage daily work assignments. Fabricators (Pipe/Structure and Vessel) will handle cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components based on technical drawings. Spray Painters and Sand Blasters will perform surface preparation and coating tasks to ensure corrosion protection. Pipe Fitters will install and align piping systems, while Grinder Men will assist in finishing and preparing welded joints. All roles require strict adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience in industrial welding, fabrication, or construction projects. Welders should be skilled in multiple welding techniques such as 3G, 6G, SMAW, FCAW, and stainless steel welding. Fabricators must be able to read technical drawings and perform precise metal work. Spray Painters and Sand Blasters should be familiar with surface treatment standards. Pipe Fitters must understand piping systems and installation methods. Applicants must have valid Ajeer registration, Chamber agreement, and GOSI documentation. Strong technical skills, discipline, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
